A purchased pair can be exchanged !

For very technical climbing shoes, we advise to order 2 pairs and to send us back the one that doesn't fit. The amount of the pair that was returned will be recredited on your bank account for a payment by credit card, otherwise a bank transfer can be made.

I purchased a pair of climbing shoes, the delivery schedule is not the one that was given or I didn't get my shoes yet :

- For the purchase of a new pair, the model you ordered is probably not in stock. Therefore, the pair has to be manufactured. The delivery schedule is unfortunately longer than expected.

- For the purchase of a second-hand or discountinued pair : the stock is limited and is handled manually, it is possible that the pair you've ordered is not in stock anymore (althought it appears in stock). We won't be able to provide the pair.

You get 2 choices :
- we recredit your credit card,
- we give you a credit note to buy another pair,

In case you didn't get any notification whereas the pair you purchased is in stock or not, please send also an email to compta@sportsresole.com

I've bought a pair but it doesn't fit (size, model...) :

You can send us back the pair that doesn't fit for an exchange, you can return it under conditions.

I've bought multiple pairs but none of them fit, will I be reimbursed in full?

The products will be reimbursed in full but the shipping costs of 5€ (excl. international and exceptions) don't cover the shipping of multiple pairs. As you don't keep any of the products, we will deduct from the refund what was really invoiced to us for the shipping minus the 5€ you already paid.

On which conditions can I send you back a product ?

Only the products returned in the limit of the period of withdrawal, not used, in a perfect state and complete can be returned for an exchange.

Some of our second-hand models are not exchangeables : it will be notified on the item page.

How long is the period of withdrawal ?

You get a 14 days period of withdrawal (stamp of the post office can be admissible, beyond this period, we won't be able to satisfy your request.

What about the shipping costs in case of a return ?

Except for France, the return shipping (from your place to our company and from our company to your place) will be at your own expense.

Where can I send back the product I need to exchange? Ou dois-je envoyer mon produit à échanger ?

The parcel must be returned to : Chaussures 3B, ZI Nord Allée du Lyonnais, 185, 26300 BOURG DE PEAGE, France.

WARNING : for customized pairs (different size on the left and right foot and/or different rubber choice), for some second-hand pairs, there won't be any exchange or refund.
